Project in Progress: If a project is already underway and you wish to cancel, you will be billed for the work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any deposit or partial payment may be adjusted against the final invoice for work completed. Project Completion: Once a project is completed and delivered to you, all payments are considered final, and no refunds will be provided. b. Monthly and Subscription-Based Services For services provided on a monthly or subscription basis (e.g., maintenance, support services): Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by providing written notice. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Services will remain active until the end of the billing period, after which they will be discontinued. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle. Payments for monthly or subscription services are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. c. Digital Products and Licenses For any digital products, software licenses, or downloadable content provided by us: Refund Eligibility: Refunds for digital products are only available if a product is defective or has technical issues that we cannot resolve within a reasonable period. You must report such issues within 7 days of purchase. Non-Refundable Purchases: Purchases of digital products are generally non-refundable once access to the product has been granted.
